DELL HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MANY YEARS. MANY PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY ARE TALKING ABOUT IT. i DO NOT SEE THIS COMPANY HANGING AROUND THAT MUCH LONGER. THE cs DIV IS COMPLETELY OUTSOURCED TO INNEFFICIENT, APATHETIC AND ALOOF STAFF AND THEY ARE LOSING A LARGE SHARE OF BIZ DIE TO THE INCOMPETANCE OF THEIR cs DEPT.
